Innosilicon successfully tapes out all IPs in GF's 14nm process

Innosilicon is pleased to announce the expansion of our IP portfolio into GLOBALFOUNDRIES new 14nm LPP technology node. Designed to meet the higher standards associated with automotive and other stressed environments, this IP still maintains the low power, small form factor and ease of use that Innosilicon is known for. So far we have taped out USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and our DDR PHYs including DDR 2/3 and LPDDR 2/3. MIPI D-PHY with CSI/DSI support is design ready and there is more to come!
